Tax strategy solutions may include consultations, planning sessions, and custom guidance. Access is limited to one client per session unless stated otherwise. All scheduling and delivery are subject to availability.

3. Educational Materials

We offer digital learning modules and written guides designed to enhance understanding of tax regulation techniques. Access is provided online upon confirmed payment.

4. Goods

Physical materials, such as printed workbooks or resource kits, are shipped to your address. Shipping times vary by location.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in your local currency and must be paid prior to delivery of any offerings. Accepted methods include major credit card and direct debit. Payment is due upon order confirmation.

6. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction across all categories of our offerings. Refund eligibility and processes differ by category:

Services: If you cancel a consultation or custom session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, a full payment return will be issued within 10 business days. Cancellations less than 48 hours before may be rescheduled once at no extra charge. If you miss a session without prior notice, no return will be granted due to reserved expert time.
Educational Materials: Due to immediate access to digital content, these items are generally nonreturnable. In case of technical defects that prevent access, please notify us within 7 days for a full return. Defects must be demonstrable through screenshots or error logs.
Goods: You may return unopened physical materials within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once received in original condition, payment return is processed within 10 business days. Customized goods are nonreturnable unless defective.

7. No Return Clause

Certain offerings, such as one-time live workshops or exclusive strategy events, are explicitly nonreturnable once access is granted. This policy is in place because our experts allocate time and resources that cannot be reallocated.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
